After breakfast and a nap we went to the temple that is near the hotel. James and I are a bit creeped out by the temple and all the beggars, it is all just so sad. However, Ryan got to see the elephant he has been longing for (Sambo was his name) and feed the (nasty and mean) monkeys. After that we headed back to the hotel for a 3 hour swim in the rooftop pool. Most of the team is sick or suffering from jetlag so today was supposed to break us in gently. The only thing we are suffering from is a major case of culture shock. Today we are going to the orphanage to see the feeding program and go to church, the days are about to get pretty interesting...
I think it is soo cool that Ryan is old enough to remember these things.. I am glad to know you are all doing ok. Love ya all!!!
